* Male/Female, age maximum 40 years old
* Min. D3/ Bachelor degree related to Food/Hotel
* Min. 4 years experience in same position
* Good menu knowledge, understand cost control and good knowledge on hygiene and sanitation.
* Independent, fast leaner and good team player.
* Be able to work under pressure.
