An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Duty Manager to join with the JW team. We are looking for a suitably qualified candidate with a strong hotel / resort background in 4-5 star international chain hotels who possesses the following qualifications and professional attributes:

QUALIFICATIONS employment jobs :

* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager in an int’l 4-5 star chain hotel or resort
* Knowledge of the ‘Opera’ property management system is a distinct advantage
* Excellent communication skills with fluency in English are essential
* Possess strong organization & delegation skills
* 100% customer focused & service orientated approach
* Familiar with property operations hotel standard checklist.
* Familiar with crisis management plan
* Display confidence, maturity and consistency in leadership
* To be placed at Surabaya
