Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

To support the application of key HR processes within the Manufacturing organization, in terms of
  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Performance Management
  • Personnel Administration and Industrial Relations

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
  • S1 Degree majoring in Human Resources Management, physiology, Law...

Related Experience:
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years in Supervisory level

COMPETENCIES:
  • Above average communication skills, English writing and translation between English and Indonesian.
  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and excel spreadsheet
  • Mature personality with outgoing interpersonal and networking skill.
  • In depth technical knowledge in human resources field
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Able to work independently as well as in coordination with other functions effectively
  • Ability for multi-tasking and job prioritization
  • Hard working and able to work in a team
  • Shows Customer Service Orientation
