LEGAL MANAGER

Responsible to check, evaluate, and make any necessary adjustment on agreement, contract Letter, or any other legal document which had any correlation with the company. Maintain good relationships with the third party (supplier / distributor / vendor / supply chain institutions ) which had an agreement with the company in order to manage  trading term, rights and obligation for each partij.

• Female or male (max. 40 years old),
• min. Bachelor degree in Law with min. GPA : 3.00 (on a scale of 4).
• At least 5 years experiences in manufacturing legal matters.
• To be stationed in Surabaya and are prepared to be relocated to other cities if required.
  
• You should be good in analytical, independent and able to take initiative, computer literacy. Posses a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill, ability to work under pressure. Highly result-oriented by maximizing the work result as a team. You should proficient in Indonesian and English both spoken and written, preferable Mandarin spoken also.
