HR SUPERVISOR

Main responsibilities:  
  • Assist Management in human resource roles/activities, such as recruitment, HR contract management, payroll, compensation & benefits, budgeting, reporting, analyzing, employee relation and policies.

Qualifications :
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or other relevant discipline, IPK > 3.00
  • Having at least 2  years experience in the same position and have a strong understanding about labor law and its practices
  • Strong knowledge of Compensation and Benefits, Tax knowledge: PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, Jamsostek, Insurance, PHK or equivalent.
  • Recruitment flow, method & tools. Familiar with salary survey , method and analysis
  • Well organized, mature with strong analytical thinking
  • English proficiency both oral and written is essential
  • Hard worker, proactive, strong interpersonal skill, committed to excellence customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills to all level and confidential communication skill.
  • Customer oriented and detail person
  • Good  team player
  • Can start working immediately


Major Accountabilities:
  • Responsible for monthly payroll, employee income tax and provident fund (Jamsostek), and related services and administration
  • Preparing the reports (monthly, quarterly) and analysis.
  • Prepare staff and salary related reports and employment letters
  • Maintain accurate personal records in personal files, payroll and Human Resource Management system
  • Responsible for benefits program for employee such as health and life insurance, dealing with third party,
  • Possessing of labor regulation and other government regulation industrial relation dispute procedures
  • Day to day responsibility for a variety of administration and clerical duties necessary to run an organization effectively
  • Perform recruitment process
  • Preparing and implementing policies for all HR activities
  • Handling questions from employee regarding HR program
  • Preparing communication materials for HR program
  • Responsible for budgeting and analyzing all HR activities
  • Assisting management in HR related projects
