ARCHIBUS as The #1 Solution for Total Infrastructure and Facilities Management  in the World was currently seeking a full-time ARCHIBUS Application Manager to join our team.
You will provide system implementation and data management services including user access, creating custom reports, user training and support.

TIFM/CAFM APPLICATION ENGINEER – ARCHIBUS

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing Professional Implementation Services to our Clients
  • Assist in providing day to day Data Management and system administration for Clients.
  • Write SQL and database update code
  • Author workflow rules
  • Define database table structures, relationships, and schema
  • Modify client application user interfaces (HTML, XML, XSL, JavaScript)
  • Create unit tests and test data for the applications
  • Testing of the applications
  • Author user documentation identifying the steps required to manage Clients Data
  • Experience and Skills Required
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor  in Computer Science  from reputable University with GPA min. 3.0
  • Minimum 5 years of equivalent professional experience
  • Strong technical background and problem solving skills
  • Web application experience (HTML, Java Script, SQL)
  • Experience with a programming language (e.g. C#, ASP.Net, Java)
  • Experience in XML/XSL is required
  • Experience with AutoCAD is desired
  • Familiarity with ARCHIBUS or other CAFM software is required
  • Experience with ARCHIBUS a definite plus
  • Previous experience in Real Estate, Facility Management, Finance, or Higher
  • Education industries is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to work effectively on a team and independently
  • Previous employment references are required with Resume
