Legal Manager

Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Law
2. Experience at least 8 years
3. Very good English proficiency in both verbal and writing.
4. Experience in dealing with complexities of the contract / agreement , and legal issues.
5. Good knowledge of corporate law including regulations and document preparation, litigation, and contract negotiation and preparation.
