Requirements:
- Male
- Hold a Bachelor degree in Legal
- Min 5 years experience on same position
- Have firm and strong personality
- Understand and familiar with manpower regulation
- Have leadership skill
- Able to handle employee grievances
- Able to work hard under pressure
- Co-operative team player with ability to multi-task
- Have good command in English both written and spoken
- Computer savvy
- Willing to work in Balikpapan
- Willing to travel anywhere in Indonesia
