RECRUITMENT AND PERSONNEL MANAGER

The ideal candidate profile:

• Male with Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in psychology, Law, profession program will be preferred.
• Age around 30 – 40 years with Min. 3 – 5 years of experience in similar capacity in a reputable company, on site mass recruitment experience and sound knowledge of psychological test
• Able to operate computer (MS Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Visio)
• Service oriented people, proven track on honesty and reliability with good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Preferable)
• Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent
• Willing to work long hours in a high pressure working environment.
• Having good capability in government labour law and dealing with industrial relation
