Operations & Care Manager – Jawa Timur

The employment jobs must be able to demonstrate a strong leadership and technical qualities as well as administrative expertise in the facility service & housekeeping areas with exposures to the broad range of Operational experience from the four and or five star hotel chains. Applicants should posses a strong capacity in the people management and housekeeping techniques with ample knowledge of computer applications, good inter-personal skills and training methodologies and excellent written and oral communication in English.


The ideal employment profile:

* Graduate Min. From Diploma 3 of reputable Hotel & Tourism University majoring in Housekeeping.
* Male or Female, age around 35 – 40 years old.
* Good Leadership; Team Player and has passion to develop people, Customer & Service - Oriented person with passion and desire, positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner, and independent, Hard worker and willing to work under pressure
* The Candidates must possess an excellent skill in igniting team spirit, motivating as well as developing others.
