Franchise Development Manager
We are currently recruiting on behalf of reputable Restaurant Chain company who is searching for Franchise Development Manager job vacancies
* Ramp up Franchise distribution – Conduct market survey, drive Identification and empanelment activity of franchise across the country.
* Monitor and drive effective and smooth on boarding process for franchises.
* Generating revenue from Franchises network in close association with support tea employment jobs.
Job Requirements
* Min Bachelor degree from any discipline
* Min 5 years experience in Franchise management
* English and computer literate
* Experience of identifying, empanelling and the establishing Franchise network.
* Extensive Know how of business functioning in the retail stores and revenue generation stream.
* Must have knowledge of the key markets across the country and must have owned responsibility of multiple regions centrally
* Able to work independently proactive, team worker
* Good analytical & leadership skill, energetic, strong communication skills
* Willing to travel a lot
