If you are considering the opportunities available to you in the lead up to your retirement, you may wish to access professional career advice.
A career advice telephone service has been established and is available to mature age Australians (aged 45 years and over) who wish to explore their options.
The service can put you in contact with assistance in your area or, if you need further help developing your career options, you can talk on the phone to a qualified Career Adviser who will work with you to:
  • identify your skills
  • explore career options
  • develop a personal plan, tailored to your circumstances, that will help you find employment or plan for a change in career.
This service is free and confidential and you can access it by calling 13 17 64 (8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday).
