Our company provides Third Party Administration Services to insurance companies (both local and offshore) and we provide Administration & Risk Management services to companies who may have decided not to insure all or part of their employee health benefit programs.

Customer Service

Minimum Requirements:
  • Diploma Degree (D3)
  • At least 1 year experience in any field (applicants with medical/customer service experience are more than welcome to apply)
  • Customer service oriented and enjoy communicating with people
  • Able to use computer (word and excel)
  • Highly motivated
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good English
  • Maximum age 28

Job Description:
  • Handling incoming/outgoing calls for GAMI
  • Handling complaint calls from clients
  • Providing care and services to patients admitted into hospital
