DATA SUPPORT SPECIALIST (DSS)

* Create and modify Material Management (MM & SD module) in SAP
* Build business data statistic reports regularly
* Support other division in business reports related with SAP database
* Manage software database
* Lead database project such as creating new reporting application software



REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor degree in Information System (IT)
* 1-2 years working experience in the same field, preferable Female
* Understanding about SAP - MM & SD module - BW
* Able to communicate in English and have good computer literate
* Fast learning, good analytical skill and possess strong drive

Responsibilities:

• In search of qualified contractors for construction projects through tender process and tender package strategies in line with Company policy
• Manage procurement of imported proprietary items/equipments including the international shipments, logistics and full importation activities
• Responsible for the Tender Documents and Contract Documents with reliable terms & conditions.
• Responsible for the evaluation and negotiation of a variety of commercial and contract matters, including the handling of contract disputes
• Direct and manage resources of the Project Contract Management Department

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) preferably in Technical / Engineering
• 8 years of relevant experience in Project Contract Management or equivalent
• Proficiency in English is a must
• Preferably good understanding and exposure in managing importation procedures, custom clearance and international shipments.
• Good knowledge of Project Contract terms ( i.e FIDIC, etc ) and project management process and activities
• Possesses strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
